Sharpy on the podium with the big guns.

Jayke Sharp powered through the quarter finals yesterday of the Breaka Burleigh Pro advancing with Taj Barrow into the semi's held first thing this morning. Sharpy played the game perfectly and slipped in behind Taj in front of Tiago Pires and Jay "Bottle" Thomson to advance into the final. The Breaka Burleigh Pro is properly the hardest 4 star in the world with a lot of the WCT elite competing in it as a warm up to the Quiksilver Pro which is on in about 1 weeks time. The Coffs Habour lad can hold his up high, Taj, Bede, and Parko were really amping for this title, Jayke just needed another average wave to maybe take second but things didnt go his way and Parko got the score he needed from the judges in the dying minutes to put Sharpy into 4th place.Well done mate and there is another F3 on the way....yeeeeepppaa.
