Stephen Walsh has been invited to compete in the prestigious Billabong Cloud 9 invitational, to be held in the Philippines this coming October . The invites have gone out to 48 of the best free surfers in the world , who inturn will contest for the US$20,000 on offer. Hopefully Cloud 9 will dish up the epic barrels it is known for.
