After a fair bit of testing and a lot of very positive feedback we have decided to give the shiraz her own little piece of reconization. The logo was designed by Marion Claracq a young French artist from Biarittz whom is very much on the move.
A few facts about the Shiraz -
(Sah-ra or Shi-raz) Shiraz or syrah are two names for the same variety. Europe vintners only use the name syrah.
Food pairings: meat (steak, beef, wild game, stews,1 to 5 feet summer beach or point break conditions, etc.)
Districts: syrah excels in California, in Australia, and in France’s Rhone Valley, also Papara in Tahiti and shit falls on Maui.
Typical taste in varietal wine: aromas and flavors of wild black fruit (such as blackcurrant), with overtones of black pepper spice and roasting meat. The abundance of fruit sensations is often complemented by warm alcohol and gripping tannins, which is soon backed up by incredible hold through turns.
Toffee notes if present come not from the fruit but from the wine having rested in oak barrels big enough for groms and dads to sample the delights.
The shiraz variety gives hearty, spicy reds. While shiraz is used to produce many average wines it can produce some of the world’s finest, deepest, and darkest reds with intense flavors and excellent longevity for beach breaks, points and reefs.
A perfect choice for your summer,go for it.
