Jonny seen here busting out on a board he has taken quiet a liking to.The freak was a bit of an experiment,it first came about around 1 year ago after watching Slaters dominance at solid Pipe and P-Pass on a mini board,the board Kelly was riding was a quad and so I went the other way and made a single with a pretty extreme template for a board this size. Its actually my 7'6" pintail template mixed with a semi fish nose.The thing blew me away when I first rode it and the waves were very bad that first surf,I made it for barrel riding but the "Freak" perform's insane in everything,from 1 foot slop to 6 feet barrels....the mind baffles.
